Keeping Your Meetings Short and Sharp

Meetings can be dreadful and nobody likes to spend time “spinning wheels” on things that can be discussed by email or a virtual meeting space. Google Apps., Second-Life, and Microsoft Exchange provide online spaces through which to address needs of the bureaucracy that don’t need to bog down a team in a live gathering.

Appreciations abound when meetings are limited to no more than one and a half hours. The respect accorded to those whose time is very valuable will also serve to build “relationship capital.”
